Fordante – A New Classical Music Experience from Birmingham

Fordante - Premiering in Shropshire is an exciting new classical music group, Fordante – created by film music composer Phil Mountford working with four classically trained musicians.
Composer and musical director Phil comments: “This new music blends the drama and evocative sound of Venice with that of more contemporary film music producing beautiful, haunting and unforgettable melodies that are brought to life through this talented ensemble.”
This music appeals to all audiences including those that may not usually listen to classical music.

Bridgnorth and Cleobury will also be hosting a musical workshop in the daytime (15:30 to 17:00) for young musicians to come along to of Grade 3 standard and above where they can perform alongside the musicians of Fordante.
