What could a Music Tsar for Birmingham do?

Birmingham City Council has appointed a Music Tsar called James Burkmar for the next 6 months so should you be interested in the issues involved, I have posted links to a number of existing articles on the subject of Music, Birmingham and Strategy here. Please read through each of the articles and consider the content carefully in case you find yourself being invited by the Tsar to have a “Targeted Conversation.” Can anyone suggest any other existing articles that the group should read and consider that may have been omitted? All contributions welcome, feel free to bring any thoughts to this month’s meeting for discussion. If you would like to contribute some answers of your own you can answer Ten Questions here or Another Ten Questions here.
